AI Division

About the AI Division

Sora Intelligence builds AI agent teams that collect, organize, analyze, and report information for each business area, led by Sora.

Specialized AI teams sit inside each business so that representatives and operators can focus on the decisions themselves.

Philosophy

Sora Intelligence's approach

§ I

We treat AI not as an automation tool, but as an execution layer that raises the quality of information sitting in front of management decisions.

Each business area has different sources, viewpoints, and reporting needs. Sora Intelligence designs specialized AI teams around those contexts and keeps them running.

The aim is not to produce more fragments of information, but to keep people in a state where the next decision is easy to reach.

Functions

Core functions

§ II
01

Information collection

Agents continuously collect market data, deal information, news, and operating signals for each business.

02

Summarization

Scattered information is organized into decision-ready summaries where the key issues are visible.

03

Analysis

Agents support deal comparison, trend analysis, and financial framing before a decision is made.

04

Reporting

Updates are delivered through Slack and recurring reports at the level of detail each audience needs.

Structure

AI team structure

Sora acts as the control point, with specialized AI teams per business area sharing a common base while keeping their own information design and operating loops.

Operating Policy

Operating policy

§ IV
  • Humans make the final decision; AI stays focused on preparing what comes before it
  • Collection scope, level of detail, and reporting formats are tuned per business area
  • Freshness, assumptions, and risks are made explicit so decisions are easier to reach
  • Team design itself stays extensible for new businesses and new operating requirements
